We offer FREE shipping with Pacsoft within Scandinavia and €7 for shipment to the rest of the world.
Please Note: some destinations may have a higher charge but in these cases you will be informed.
All of our shipping is done via Pacsoft. Your item will be shipped within 3-4 days to Scandinavia and within 1-2 weeks to the rest of the world unless otherwise specified.
In case of out of sale you will receive information to you by email. When paying with credit card the amount will be charged in time of purchase and the order will be sent once back in stock.
Please note: If you don't provide a correct shipping address and your parcel is returned, you will need to pay an additional charge of €4/€7 to reship your item and orders that are not picked up will be charged €16.
Once the order is placed on the webpage you will receive a confirmation to your email that informs you that we received your order (this email may end up in your trash mails)
All prices are mentioned in Euro including taxes.
You can use Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. The money will be reserved on your account at the time of purchase. Our card payment service is completely secured trough Stripe,Inc. Your data can’t be stored.
Q: What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of the purchase date and are only available for unopened and unused product. If the seal is broken we cannot accept a return or exchange.
Upon the receipt of the item we will issue a credit back to you less the shipping.

Q: Why is my parcel stuck in Customs?
What does this mean? (International Shipments)
A: Occasionally a parcel is held up in customs, when this happens the last tracking update occurs when your parcel departs from Sweden. Once your parcel clears customs it will be updated. Please note this can take up to a month. It only means your package was inspected and is awaiting clearance. We unfortunately do not have any control once the parcel has left the Sweden

A: For individuals with sensitive skin, test on small skin patch before first use. If redness or irritation occurs discontinue use.
Certified Organic Argan oil (Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil)
Rich in natural tocopherols ( vitamin E ), phenols, carotene, Squalene and fatty acids, this rare and exquisite oil is expeller pressed from the fruit kernels of the Moroccan Argan tree. It is used in many of our skin and hair treatments because of its fast absorption, high emollient properties, and its ability to heal and regenerate.
Certified Organic Jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil)
Jojoba oil comes from the beans of the shrub-like plant Simmondsia Chinensis. It is certified organic, cold pressed, and is considered to be a liquid plant wax. Jojoba oil mimics our own skin sebum, making it a wonderful oil for skin and hair treatments. We use Jojoba in many of our products because it's extremely emollient and absorbs rapidly.
Beeswax (Cera Alba)
Raw material that’s been used for cosmetics for thousands of years. Used to protect your skin in cremes and ointments.
Natural E-vitamin (Tocopherol)
Natural E-vitamin is an antioxidant and keeps the oil products fresh.
Certified Organic Shea butter (Butyrospermum Parkii Butter)
Makes the skin soft and is used for dry and damaged skin also popular to use as lip balm.
